Litter Bins

Some litter bins waiting to be collected by Dublin City Council at 4pm which means they are there since about 8am. As you can see they are quite unsightly, and you would think that they would be emptied as soon as possible after they are put outside the apartment block. This is a very plush area of Dublin surrounded by blue chip companies and government departments, and very expensive apartments. It,s nice to see that Dublin City Council does not discriminate between rich and poor, weak and strong, they treat us like dirt.
